All Sales Are Final
All sales made through InTheKut are final. We do not issue refunds unless you 

receive the wrong item or a product that is faulty.

Shipping

We ship both domestic and international. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow up to 4 days for your order to process, and 3-5 days for it to be shipped domestically. It will take 2-3 weeks for most international orders.

Delivery & Responsibility
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. InTheKut is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once delivery is confirmed.

Refunds & Exchanges
Orders successfully marked as delivered are not eligible for refund. If you believe your product was received faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of the indicated delivery date so we can review and provide the appropriate solution.

Customer is responsible for any custom duties in their country for delivery 

Customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees in the event of confirmed exchange.
